At Chocolat-e, we want you to LOVE our products and to have a positive experience. While we are unable to accept returns or exchanges, we invite you to contact us at with any concerns that you encountered with your order. We will work with you to find a happy solution!

If the problem was caused by improper shipping, please let us know within 24 hours of receipt. Please include a photo of the damaged product, your order number, and your contact information.

Cancellation of a larger “wholesale, custom” order that is currently in process of being fulfilled will be charged a 30% restocking fee. If Chocolat-e has incurred costs exceeding this 30% at the time of cancellation, we will need to bill you for any additional time and product costs.
