At Chocolat-e, we want you to LOVE our products and to have a positive experience. While we are unable to accept returns or exchanges, we invite you to contact us at talktous@chocolate-e.com with any concerns that you encountered with your order. We will work with you to find a happy solution!
If the problem was caused by improper shipping, please let us know within 24 hours of receipt. Please include a photo of the damaged product, your order number, and your contact information.
Cancellation of a larger “wholesale, custom” order that is currently in process of being fulfilled will be charged a 30% restocking fee. If Chocolat-e has incurred costs exceeding this 30% at the time of cancellation, we will need to bill you for any additional time and product costs.
