Founded in 1989 by Frédéric Bau, l’École Valrhona is a center for chocolate expertise, fostering creativity and innovation. It serves as a hub for 30 pastry chefs dedicated to helping artisans achieve uniqueness and collaborates with R&D engineers to share research findings with colleagues.
