Premium Growers grow their hazelnuts and roast them to perfection. Their air roaster has been customized to match their demanding taste. The nut is crisp and intense, not oily, just the way it should be. Our chocolate-covered hazelnuts are made with our single-origin 47% dark milk chocolate from Belize and our single-origin 70% Madagascar. Same hazelnuts, two very different pleasures. Try them both!
