The taste of terroir
Our cocoa beans are ethically and sustainably sourced. Fermented to perfection according to each cocoa farm’s traditional process of doing it.
Single-origin
No cocoa beans blend, but the unique taste of each terroir. No brand taste but the true taste of cocoa. Soil and climate determine the aromatic specificites of each cocoa.
The French process
Cocoa, cocoa butter and cane sugar are the main ingredients. And the infinitesimal touch of sunflower leicitin and vanilla the Frenchs add. For the smoothness, for your pleasure. Because dark chocolate should never be a punishment.
