Frédéric comes from three generations of cattlemen-butchers. Trained at Fauchon (Paris FR), one of the most high end caterers, he opens his first store in 1994 in Fontainebleau France.

BOX is printed on E-Flute Corrugated cardboard made from wood pulp with 45-60% being recycled material, glue free, produced in the US - CELLOPHANE BAGS Nature Flex™ are biodegradable bags made from wood cellulose fibers sourced with sustainable forestry principles, certified biodegradable, compostable and made carbon zero. ASTM D6400 and EN13432 standards for CA and other states, complies with FDA regulations for food packaging.
